  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the link provided.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Tipora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
